At the border to Laos, Khong Chiam (Thai name: โขงเจียม) is the easternmost district of Ubon Ratchathani province in eastern Thailand. The main attraction is the Buddhist temple of Wat Tham Khuha Sawan (Thai name: วัดภ้ำคูหาสวรรค์), built in 1978 by a Lao monk.
