Night markets are everywhere in Taiwan, every major city has at least one, often several. This one is located to the northwest of the train station, at the intersection of the Lixian and Hian roads on the site of a big car parking. People come here in the evenings to have dinner at one of the numerous street hawkers and to buy local food and other stuff.
