River views

The Imbak canyon studies centre is located along the banks of the Kangkawat river (Sungai Kangkawat). This is a small forest stream, which at one point joins with the Imbak river. Near the studies centre, there is a nice waterfall, the Imbak waterfall. This is 30m wide and 6m tall. The water flowing in it has a brownish colour, which comes from tannines from leaves decomposing in the water.
