The Lari house (Khan-e Lari in Farsi) is the mansion of a wealthy mercant family in Yazd. Built in 1860 it is a fine example of Qajar era architecture. The house is built around an inner court and has stained glass doors and windows and other architectural elements of the Qajar era. The Lari house is open to the public and is now maintaned by the Iranian cultural heritage organisation.
