Downtown Phnom Penh

Between the Royal Palace and the railway station lies a commercial area with several markets, among the the interesting art deco Psar Thmei market where jewellery is sold, shops and malls. Despite lying in the centre of Phnom Penh, traffic in the streets is moderate.
