Jumeirah beach hotel area

Southwest of the Palm Jumeirah island complex is a stretch of the Jumeirah beach where several international five star hotels lie. Development of the area was still ongoing at the time of visiting (2009). The beach itself is beautiful, an endless strip of sand bordering the crystal clear water.
