A number of species of Nepenthes (pitcher plant) grow in the Imbak canyon, including the rare Nepenthes hirsuta. Due to its isolation a number of plants in the Imbak canyon are endemic to the area. There are many tall trees of the dipterocarp family, and many Belian trees (Eusideroxylon zwageri), trees with a very hard wood. Several species of mushrooms also grow in the forest.
