Kota Bharu
A selection of pictures of Kota Bharu, the capital of the Malaysian Kelantan state, which lies on peninsular Malaysia's east coast. Kelantan is the most Islamic of the Malaysian states and you will quickly notice that by the way people dress on the street. I took these images on a sunny day in September 2003.
