Some photos of an open air butchery, with flies covered meat hanging in the air. Near the cattle market there are barbers massaging or washing the (bald) heads of fellow Uighurs. Photos 6 to 11 show the local Uighur bagel and flat bread and how it is produced - flat bread bakes attached to the inner walls of an oven.
