Shops in Macau

Several Chinese pharmacies, other traditional Chinese shops and modern retail outlets can be found in the old town of Macau. The dried meat sheets are obtained by steaming and pressing minced meat mixed with spices and then frying it. They can be readily eaten and correspond a bit to western ham and sausage products.
