Six Banyan Trees Buddhist temple

The six banyan trees which gave the name to the Liurongsi Huata buddhist temple are no longer standing today. The temple has a 55m tall pagoda with 17 storeys, which dates back to 1097 AD. The temple itself may date back to as far as AD 537.
